Agreement to Terms
By downloading or using Tipid, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
License
Tipid grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes on any Apple device you own or control.
Purchases
Tipid is free to download and use. All features are included at no cost. There are no in-app purchases or subscriptions.
Intellectual Property
The Tipid name, logo, brand, and all content within the app and website are the property of Cyrus David Pastelero. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any Tipid content without written permission.
Disclaimer
Tipid is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. AI-generated insights are generated by on-device models and may not always be accurate. Tipid is not a financial advisor.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cyrus David Pastelero shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, use, or profits arising out of or related to your use of Tipid.
Apple End User License Agreement
Your use of Tipid is also subject to Apple's standard End User License Agreement (EULA) for apps downloaded from the App Store.
Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of Tipid after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict of law principles.
